Ayurvedic Support for Chronic Kidney Disease in the U.S.
Nisarg Ayurvedaa offers complementary Ayurvedic wellness consultations for people managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) across the United States. We work alongside your doctor or nephrologist's care, never as a replacement for it.
Free GFR Calculator
Have a recent creatinine result? Use our free GFR calculator, built on the current 2021 CKD-EPI race-free equation recommended by the National Kidney Foundation and American Society of Nephrology.
Kidney Health Guides
How a consultation works
- We review your recent results: eGFR, creatinine, CKD stage and dialysis status.
- We note your blood pressure, diabetes status, and every medicine and supplement you take.
- We outline a herbal and dietary protocol based on that picture, for you to review with your nephrologist.
- We stay in touch and adjust the plan as your situation changes.
Herbs and safety
We draw on classical Ayurvedic formulations, such as Gokshura, Punarnava and Varuna, and we choose them only after reviewing your medicines. Herbs can interact with prescribed medicines, and CKD changes how your body handles many substances. Read our guide to the herbs we draw on and the safety checks that come first. We do not claim to cure or reverse chronic kidney disease.

Book your consultation
Bring your recent results and a list of your medicines. The initial consultation is free, and it runs alongside your nephrologist's care, not instead of it.
